There is a trend for some years now, in the new millennium, setting that people are cooler and more interesting if they refer to their relationships as "complicated". Now, how stupid is that?

In life, things should be simple in order to live happily ever after, together, forever. Why should anybody want to complicate anything at all? People tend to aspire to be sophisticated, so this is the misunderstanding in their subconscious, in the first place. Keep it simple. Jack Trout conquered the whole modern and capitalist world on this principle. Is that enough reference for you?

Why do people need to be perceived as complicated entities? Aren't life, love and death already complicated as they are? Me, as a complicated (the result as to be subject of complication) man, I tell you that you don't need complications, unless we talk about horology or fashion. In the first place, everything on your watch or clock there is more than seconds, minutes and hours is a complication. You see, days and dates are already a complication, starting with time dimension.

The only statement that I find to be a piece of art is in the movie The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, where Dorian Gray, played by Stuart Townsend, replies to enemies amazed by his indestructibility: "I am complicated!"

You want to have a hint of what complication really means? Complication is where:

- you think you found the love of your life but you cannot help to screw around with other women;

- you think you show her all your love but the only things she can think of you is that you are irresponsible and extremely lazy and most of all that you cannot change;

- you make plans but all goes the hell away in a twisted moment of fate that lasts only a blink of your petrified of fear eyes;

- you think you found the love of your life but at one point everything ruins, cause it just does that;

- you think that she cares about you if she is mad on you, but it is only the beginning of the end;

- you think you found the love of your life, but she screws with her first boyfriend ever, can you beat that?

- you think the world is yours but without you even knowing it, your world is only her and she is not yours;

- you want to have children but you somehow do not manage;

- you don't want to have children but somehow you do manage;

- you want her from all your heart but she thinks you are a phony character, who just wants to fuck her and get away quickly;

- you don't want her with all your heart, just the opposite cause she's a phony character, but temptation always, and after fuck she just won't go away quickly;

- your father tells you to marry, your mother tells you not to, they change beliefs, they go to heaven and you remain puzzled as an avatar for puzzles.com;

- you think you found the love of your life but everything you do is wrong, either you play hard, soft, totally opened or completely masked and dangerous;

- you think you can manage, bear and keep going but you fail into your knees, you choke and you faint out;

- you get beat at your own game when the whole world expects just the opposite, including you in the first place;

- you think you found the love of your life and years pass by only to get you two more apart from each other;

- you think that all is special like never before but she thinks that she will go insane just to be next to your boring and sorry ass even for a short while;

- you do not see it coming;

- you don't see it going;

- they love you, you don't, you love her, she doesn't;

- your doctor mentions the word complication in a sentence related to you or you beloved ones;

- you give up the love of your life and find somebody else just fine but soon enough to find out that you were 'all" that your beloved lost one ever wanted;

- you make plans and she suddenly tell in a discussion with everybody that she will leave the country soon;

- you have so many to say but in front of her you remain numb as a retard;

- you try to make it better from all your heart but you only make it worse;

- the harder you come, the harder you fall;

- the harder you love, the harder you fall;

- the harder you go, the harder you fall;

ETC.

But you think is complicated when you avoid happiness because of boredom generated by the pressure of society just to look, not even really have, as having an interesting and astonishing, out of the ordinary life.

Things are very simple. What are you willing to do for me? Cause I know about what I am willing to do for you. You do it or you don't. That simple.
